1 Gallon Liquid-Gel Pigments for Concrete and Mortar.
GENERAL INFORMATION Liquid-Gel
pigment is a thixotropic gel, solvent-free and enviromentally friendly,
specially formulated for integral coloring of concrete and mortar.
Liquid-Gel is a pre-dispersed pigment that is highly resistant to
sunlight, bad weather, alkalinity and other atmospheric conditions.
This pigment keeps its color integrity for a longer period of time. In
addition, our liquid-gel has proven not to have adverse effects on the
desired structural characteristics of concrete.
USES
Liquid-Gel pigment concrete colors can be used
for cast-in place concrete, pre-cast and tilt-up concrete panels,
retaining walls, concrete blocks, bricks and pavers, countertops or any
other use where a cementitous mixture requires integral coloring.
Liquid-Gel also can be used to color mortar grout joints, for the
installation of floor or wall ceramic tiles, bricks and mansonry. UTILIZATION
Liquid-Gell concrete color is easy to use and
can be added at any time to the water or directly in the mixture during
the mixing process. The doage is calculated as a percentage of
the cementitious aggregates (cement and fly ask) in the mixture, making
it possible to be added according to the weight or volume, either
manually or through automatic dispensing equipment. In general, it is
recommended to the weight of the cementitous aggregates. the B01
pigments can be combined to obtain a variety of colors and tones. PACKAGING & SHELF LIFE
Liquid-GEl concrete color
is prepackaged in 1 gallon (9.4 lbs) and 5 Gallon (47 lbs)
pails. Shelf life is minimum of one year from the purchase date if
stored properly in its original closed container and in a temerature
between 32F and 95F. MIXTING
